NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Ameriglass, LLC dba AMG Glass Fencing & Railings, filed on May 7, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraphs 489.105(3)(a) through (q), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner asks the following question: Does the installation of tempered glass glazing systems for use as glass pool fencing, glass railing systems, and glass stair handrails at residential and commercial properties require the installer to obtain registration or certification pursuant to paragraphs 489.105(3)(a) through (q), F.S.? Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
