CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES
Sealed Bids will be received by the Palm Beach County Tax Collector’s Office (PBCTCO) for the TAX COLLECTOR’S NORTH COUNTY SERVICE CENTER AND DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES, located at 3185 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. The project budget is estimated to be $7,000,000. All conditions and requirements for bid submission, consideration, and award are contained in the RFP, which is posted on the following PBCTCO website: www.pbctax.com/rfp. To review the RFP for this project, go to the aforementioned URL and click on the project hyperlink. Contractors may then download and print the RFP including required bid forms in Word and Excel formats. A hard copy of the RFP will be available at the PBCTCO for a non-refundable service fee of $10. The contractor shall contact PBCTCO at (561)355-4531 in advance to arrange for a hard copy. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the RFP and accompanied by the documentation referenced therein. PBCTCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed Bids must be received by PBCTCO located at 301 North Olive Avenue, 3rd Floor, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, by 2:00 p.m. local time on June 19, 2019. All sealed bids will be opened on June 24, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at 301 North Olive Avenue, 3rd Floor Conference Room, West Palm Beach.
