65C-13.024: Pre-service Training

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 28, 2013, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-13.024(1), Florida Administrative Code, from Life Management Center of NWFL, Inc. and Marsha and Walter Fielding. Subsection 65C-13.024(1), F.A.C., states all prospective out-of-home caregivers shall successfully complete a department-approved parent preparation training as a condition of licensure.
