    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 5, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Playmore Recreational Products and Services. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of subsection 489.105(6), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding subsection 489.105(6), Florida Statutes, as to whether an unlicensed contractor may hire a licensed contractor when a permit needs to be obtained. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
