NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 21, 2013, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Sun Star Energy LLC. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3)(m), Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner does not state which statute he seeks the Board to interpret. However, Petitioner appears to be requesting the Board’s interpretation of Section 489.105(3)(m), Florida Statutes, as to whether a plumbing contractor can install the company's solar water heating system. A City Building Official is asking him to provide a roofing contractor to install the solar water heating system.
