NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Elite Consulting SWFL. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of section 403.1.3, Florida Building Code, Plumbing 5th Ed. (2014), as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether section 403.1.3 applies to a private clubhouse, and whether the water closet ratio provided in 403.1.3 applies to plumbing fixtures provided in excess of the minimum amount required.
