PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To add subsection (3) of Rule 6A-1.006, F.A.C., Budget Amendments, and revise Forms ESE 348, Report of Financial Data to the Commissioner of Education and ESE 145, Superintendent’s Annual Financial Report. Subsections (1) and (2) of Rule 6A-1.006, F.A.C., which will be repealed, will be consolidated with Rule 6A-1.007, F.A.C. The effect will be to consolidate requirements pertaining to school district budgets and school district annual financial reports.
