    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Real Estate Commission has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Scott Taylor on January 22, 2015. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

    The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 41, No. 35, of the February 20, 2015, Florida Administrative Register. The Commission considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on March 17, 2015.
