The Department of Children and Families hereby gives notice:

An order was issued disposing of the petition for waiver of subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code, from Stephanie Graham. The Notice of Variances and Waivers was published in Volume 49, No. 64 of the Florida Administrative Register on April 3, 2023. Subparagraph 65C-46.011(8)(a)1. requires executive directors hired after July 1, 1987 to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least three (3) years of experience in management or supervision.

The petition was granted because Petitioner demonstrated a substantial hardship and that the purpose of the statutes will be achieved.
