Notice of Availability of SERC

Pursuant to Section 120.541, F.S., SJRWMD provides notice that it has prepared two Statements of Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERCs) associated with the statewide consumptive use permit consistency (CUPcon) rulemaking for paragraph 40C-2.301(2)(h), F.A.C., and Sections 2.2.5.1 and 2.3(h) of the Applicant’s Handbook (A.H.), which is incorporated by reference in paragraph 40C-2.101(1)(a), F.A.C. The CUPcon Notice of Proposed Rule was published on April 11, 2014. The SERCs are available to the public on SJRWMD’s website at http://sjrwmd.iqm2.com/Citizens/FileOpen.aspx?Type=4&ID=1195&MeetingID=1022 (for paragraph 40C-2.301(2)(h) and section 2.3(h), A.H.); and
