The City of Casselberry, Florida, gives notice of the first reading of a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.

PLACE: City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, City Hall, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707
SUBJECT: The proposed ordinance amends the City of Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations regulating communication towers and antennas to amend general criteria and expressly address current industry practices with respect to the installation of wireless communication facilities. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (407)262-7700 or by visiting City Hall during regular business hours.
