The City of Casselberry, Florida, gives notice of the first reading of a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.

PLACE: City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, City Hall, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707
SUBJECT: The proposed ordinance amends the provisions of Chapter 68, City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances, regulating communication towers and antennas within public rights-of-way to modify general procedures for right-of-way authorization and to expressly address current industry practices with respect to the installation of wireless communication facilities. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (407)262-7700 or by visiting City Hall during regular business hours.
