NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 5, 2012, the Department of Health, received a petition for emergency waiver from Bruce Stowe, representing Roth Global Plastics, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a waiver of paragraph 64E-6.013(2)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which requires all receptacle stiffening members such as ribs to be a homogenous integral part of the structure.
