The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To receive public comments on a draft total maximum daily load (TMDL) for an impaired water segment in the Upper East Coast basin, to be adopted in Rule 62-304.435, F.A.C. The TMDL to be presented at the public workshop is a fecal coliform TMDL for Pellicer Creek (WBID 2580B). The draft TMDL document for the impaired water will be placed on the Department’s TMDL website: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/ water/tmdl/ by Friday, June 22, 2012, and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via email distribution. The Department will accept written comments on these draft TMDLs through July 23, 2012.
