61J1-6.001 Experience Requirement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 11, 2015, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board received a petition for variance of subsection 61J1-6.001(5), F.A.C., and Section 475.617(3), F.S., filed by Joseph Ramsey, regarding the requirement that experience be accounted for on an appraisal experience log, which shall include the following minimum information: scope of the review and supervision of the supervising appraiser, and signature and license number of supervising appraiser. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for August 3, 2015.
