NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 1, 2017, the Department of Health received a petition for Permanent Variance from Crystal Lake Property Owners Association Two, Inc., Miles Tuttle, 1490 Collier Blvd., Naples, Florida 34119 from paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(b), Florida Administrative Code, which requires mobile home and lodging parks provide the minimum area requirements for each mobile home space constructed or developed. Spaces utilized for a double-wide mobile home shall be no less than 3500 square feet, with a minimum width of 50 feet.
