NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 3, 2014, the Board of Professional Engineers, received a petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on June 3, 2014, by Allen Gezelman, P.E. The Petitioner seeks the Variance or Waiver from Rule 61G15-23.002, F.A.C., filed by Allen Gezelman, P.E., with respect to the requirement that a professional engineer shall sign by hand the licensee’s handwritten signature to all final drawing, specifications, plans, reports, or documents prepared or issued by the licensee and being filed for public record due to a medical condition.

The Board will address this Petition at its next meeting.
