    AMENDED NOTICE OF VARIANCE OR WAIVER

    The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice that it has received a Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on June 23, 2014, by Ricardo De La Guardia, E.I., M. ASCE. The Petitioner seeks the Variance or Waiver from Rule 61G15-21.007, F.A.C., with respect to the requirement that an applicant who fails three times to pass the examination must submit to the Board transcripts for the enrollment and completion of twelve (12) hours college credit hours in the area of the applicant’s area of deficiency.

    The Board will address this Petition at its next meeting.
