Notice of Correction to Notice of Receipt of Petition for Variance

The South Florida Water Management District (District) hereby gives notice that the Notice of Receipt of Petition for Variance published in the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 39, No. 48, on March 11, 2013, originally listed the Petitioner/Applicant as Scully Company/Crystal Palms. Upon review, it was determined that the correct Petitioner/Applicant is Mission Viejo Condominium Association, Inc. The Petition for Variance was received by the District on February 26, 2013, and assigned Application No. 130226-19. The property is located in Palm Beach County, Section 22, Township 42 South, Range 47 East, at 6874 Palmetto Circle South, Boca Raton, FL. The Petition seeks relief from subsection 40E-24.201(7), Fla. Admin. Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscape, shall be conducted on specific days.
