    69A-46.041: Inspection Requirements for Fire Protection Systems

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal has received the petition for declaratory statement from Clermont Fire Department, William Harrison, Fire Marshal on June 30, 2014.  The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of NFPA Standard 25:13.2.7. and Rule 69A-46.041 Florida Administrative Code, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petition seeks an official determination of whether pressures are considered impaired, and if so, should the authority having jurisdiction be notified of an inoperative system.
