The Board of Respiratory Care hereby gives notice that the petition filed by Michael Maranto on January 29, 2014, seeking the Board’s interpretation of Sections 456.072(1) and 468.365(1), Florida Statutes, and subsection 64B32-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, was withdrawn at the Boards’ meeting on April 11, 2014, by the Petitioner.
