NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 11, 2016, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for Variance (Application 160711-17) from Palm Beach County, 2700 6th Avenue South, Lake Worth, FL 33461. The Petition pertains to eighteen projects located throughout Palm Beach County: 1) Bert Reynolds East; 2) Carlin West – South Restroom; 3) Coral Cove; 4) Dubois – Zeke Marina Building; 5) Dubois - Pavilion; 6) Dubois – Historic House; 7) Juno Beach; 8) Juno – South Restroom; 9) Jupiter Beach – South Restroom; 10) Loggerhead – Guard Shack; 11) Light Harbor Jim Barry; 12) Ocean Cay – South; 13) Ocean – North; 14) Ocean Reef; 15) Peanut Island – East Restroom/Campground; 16) Peanut Island – South Restroom; 17) Peanut Island – North Restroom; and, 18) Phil Foster Restroom. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(7), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla.
