    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Vincent L. Castellucci Jr., In Re: Celebration Point Master Association, Inc., Docket No. 2015030032, filed on July 8, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 718 or 617 of the Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether Chapter 718 or 617 of the Florida Statutes can create an impairment to the residency requirement outlined in the Association’s Articles of Incorporation requiring all members serving on the Board of Directors to reside at the condominium.
