Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Martin Neal Zajac, M.D., on July 12, 2019. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board regarding whether there is a limit on how many locations (with PA/APRN) that an off-site physician can supervise. Additionally, the Petitioner seeks the Board’s opinion as to whether certain services would be considered medical procedures. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for October 4, 2019. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
