NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Massage Therapy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Donald A. Brown. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Reiki, as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition, filed July 2, 2020, does not identify a specific rule or statute for the agency’s opinion as to how it applies to the petitioner. Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding licensing for the practice of Reiki within the state of Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
