PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To amend application form for active duty military and veterans licensure; provide application form for spouses of active duty military seeking licensure in this state; and provide for 6-month, temporary certificate for active duty military health care practitioners to practice in this state, as required by recently enacted legislation.
