EARLY LEARNING COALITION OF DUVAL
ELC of Duval - RFP Public Notice - IT Services
The Early Learning Coalition of Duval (“ELC”), a Florida not-for-profit organization dedicated to quality early care and education in Duval County - Florida, is issuing this Request For Proposal (“RFP”) for Information Technology Services. This RFP seeks qualified contractors who can provide said goods and/or services according to the specifications provided within the RFP.
Respondents will be competing against each other for selection to provide the commodities and/or services as more fully described within the RFP submission and scopes of the RFP. Upon receipt of all the proposals, the Coalition will review and make a decision based on the evaluation criteria set forth within the RFP. Any Contractor interested in providing commodities and/or services requested in the RFP must respond to this RFP. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in any solicitation conferences that are scheduled.
