    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Pharmacy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Cynthia Mikos, Esquire, on behalf of Timothy Hendrix, M.D., Jonathan Schwartzman, D.O., and Anna Pitts, A.R.N.P., filed on July 16, 2015.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 465.0276(2)(c), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petitioners are seeking the Board’s interpretation as to whether an electronic version of a prescription written by a qualified practitioner with a dispensing registration issued by the Department of Health which is stored in an electronic medical records system satisfies the requirement of Section 465.0276(2)(c), F.S. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
