GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Lottery will open Replies received in response to the Invitation to Negotiate: General Market Advertising Services & Related Commodities and Services (Project #001-14/15) and will read aloud the names of the responding firms.
