Amended Notice of Declaratory Statement – Pinellas County vs. DEP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on, June 22, 2017, the Department of Environmental Protection received an Amended Petition for Declaratory Statement from Pinellas County (Petitioner). Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to the applicability of Section 403.0885, Florida Statues, and Rule 62-624.200(8), F.A.C., to Petitioner’s municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4). Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to whether Lake Sylvia is part of the Petitioner’s MS4.

Persons whose substantial interests may be affected by the requested declaratory statement may file a motion to intervene or a petition for administrative hearing within 21 days from the date of the publication of this notice. A motion or petition must be filed (received by the Clerk) in the Office of General Counsel of the Department at 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, Mail Station 35, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000.
