    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Podiatric Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Richard C. Wilson, DPM, filed on July 16, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 461.003, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 461.003, F.S., and whether it is in the scope of practice of Podiatric Medicine to inject varicose veins in the thigh under ultrasound guidance. Except for good cause shown, motions to leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
