NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 10, 2014, the Board of Pharmacy received a petition for a variance or waiver filed by Michael J. Glazer on behalf of St. Mary’s Medical Center, seeking a temporary waiver of proposed Rule 64B16-27.797, that requires non-low volume oncology, chemotherapeutic and hazardous sterile preparations be performed in a negative pressure room in lieu of in a properly vented barrier isolator.
