    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Doors & Access Systems Manufacturers Association. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61G20-3.007, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether a modification to a state-approved garage door for flood control invalidates the state product approval.
