NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Office of Financial Regulation has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by AirPlus International, Inc. on April 29, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

Based solely on the assertions made by Petitioner, Petitioner’s travel account services and related processing activities and described in the Petition, fall within Florida’s money transmitter licensing statute, and therefore, Petitioner is required to be licensed under Chapter 560, Florida Statutes.
