The Board of Nursing hereby gives notice: that the Petition filed on April 8, 2019, by Nakeicha Tamera Dawson, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B9-3.002, F.A.C., regarding writing the examination of practical nursing on the basis of practical nursing education equivalency, has been withdrawn upon request of Petitioner.
