Final Orders
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-056 on June 28, 2013, and Final Order No. DEO-13-058 on July 2, 2013, in response to applications submitted by Island Village of Hutchinson Island Owners Association, Inc. and The Village Home Owners Association of Ocala, Inc., respectively, for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes. The Department determined that the applications met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Orders approved the two applications for covenant revitalization.
