Final Order No. DEO-13-067
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-067 on June 28, 2013, in response to an application submitted on behalf of the Carousel Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes. The Department determined that the application did not meet the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization because the application was missing documents required to be submitted under Section 720.406(1), Florida Statutes. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Order denied the application for covenant revitalization.
