NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 03, 2017, the Office of Early Learning, received a petition for variance or waiver from Kids Kampus Learning Center, Inc., a child care facility located in Pensacola, Florida. Petitioner seeks a variance or waiver from the requirements of subsection (3) of Rule 6M-4.610, F.A.C., as it relates to the ineligibility of a provider to contract to offer school readiness program. The Office will accept comments concerning the Petition for fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received before 5:00 p.m. EST.
