    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Veterinary Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Nestor Urrutia, on June 26, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 474.203, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to Section 474.203, Florida Statutes, as it relates to exemptions from possessing a veterinary license to practice. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
