The Board of Pharmacy hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Waiver or Variance, which was filed on April 4, 2024, by Petra Estep, PharmD, MHA, Director of Pharmacy, on behalf of Southern Baptist Hospital of Florida Inc. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Volume 50, Number 71, of the April 10, 2024, Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner was seeking a waiver of Rule 64B16-28.607, Florida Administrative Code, entitled, “Automated Pharmacy System – Long-Term Care, Hospice, and Prison,” which provides the duties for a pharmacist at the “remote site.”
On June 11, 2024, the Petitioner requested to withdraw the petition.
