    FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION

    CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA

     

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the proposed City of South Daytona’s stormwater facilities will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment.  The proposed project consists of stormwater drainage improvements for the Palm Grove service area.  The proposed project construction cost is estimated at $1,800,000.  The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.  A full copy of the Florida Categorical Exclusion Notification can be obtained by writing to: James W.
