The petition seeks the Office’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes, and specifically the definitions of the terms “Funds Transmitter” and “Money Transmitter” as set forth in Section 560.103, Florida Statutes, to the activities of the petitioner.
