    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Sprint Corporation. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Chapters 1, 16, 31 & 35, Florida Building Code 5th edition (2014), Building as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks clarification regarding conflicting information between the Florida Building Code & TIA-222-G regarding the determination of design wind speeds & the use of Risk Category/Structure Class for telecommunication towers.
