    6A-1.09412: Course Requirements - Grades 6-12 Basic and Adult Secondary Programs
    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the course descriptions of new courses into the “Course Code Directory and Instructional Personnel Assignments” for 2007-2008, as required in SBE Rule 6A-1.09441(5), F.A.C. Courses in art, social sciences, and foreign languages are added to the Course Code Directory to allow districts to receive funding. Certification areas for courses in reading have been amended to align with teacher certification requirements. Revisions to the narrative section were made to align course requirements with state law and federal regulations.
    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: New courses and course descriptions to be adopted in the “Course Code Directory and Instructional Personnel Assignments.”
