    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 28, 2013, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Brickell View Terrace Apartments, LTD. of paragraph 67-48.004(14)(j), F.A.C., on changing the “Total Set-Aside Percentage” in its 2011 Universal Application, and (ii) a waiver or variance from the provisions of Part III.E.b.1.(2)(c) of the Universal Application Instructions which require an applicant to set-aside at least 70% of the development’s units at 60% of area median income.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
