    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Psychology has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Tynessa L.G. Franks, Ph.D., on July 14, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of §490.003(4), F.S., regarding whether the following are allowable under the scope of practice for a Florida-licensed psychologist working with individuals who reside: 1) in and outside Florida while conducting group psychotherapy and offering group-based courses for non-clinical issues; and 2) in Florida only while conducting either of these practices. The Board will consider this petition at its next meeting. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
