THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ST JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
The District issued RFP 31869 to measure sediment and nutrient loading into Lake Apopka via southern tributaries; conduct a review of local stormwater master plans; collect storm-event samples in the three highest-priority tributaries; and identify conceptual projects to reduce sediment and nutrient loading to the lake and enhance nearshore aquatic vegetation habitat. The date and time for negotiations is extended to 1:00 pm, September 27, 2017. District staff will meet with the top-ranked respondent for this RFP to negotiate fees and project costs beginning at 1:00 pm, on September 27, 2017, at District headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177 (C.R. 147).
