  • Critical Infrastructure Threat Assessment and Mitigation System (CITAMS)

    Notice of Bid/Request for Proposal

    The Northeast Florida Regional Council (NEFRC) is seeking offers for the procurement of Critical Infrastructure Threat Assessment and Mitigation System (CITAMS) Concept of Operations (ConOps). The successful Contractor shall provide the development, deployment and support of a computer software system that will allow for the capture, organization, analysis and distribution of asset, threat, and mitigation factors related to the Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources.

    Proposals shall be received not later than October 12, 2007, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon).

    The Northeast Florida Regional Council is a regional governmental entity that was formed in 1977 by an inter-local agreement between Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns County pursuant to Chapter 186, Florida Statutes. The governing body of the Council consists of local elected officials and gubernatorial appointees. We received funding from state, federal and local agencies. The Council provides a wide scope of services and programs including strategic planning, regional transportation, economic development, human services and emergency preparedness.
