    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about August 31, 2017, the Office of Early Learning received a petition for temporary variance filed by O2b Kids in Gainesville. Petitioner seeks a temporary variance from the provisions of Rule 6M-4.620, F.A.C., as it related to the requirement that center staff must complete their pre-service training within 90 days of initial employment citing particular extenuating circumstances for one employee to meet the deadline. This requirement is found in Form OEL-SR-6202, Health and Safety Standards Handbook for Licensed, License-Exempt and School Age Center Programs, Section 18.1. Any interested person may file comments on this petition within 14 days of the publication of this notice.
