    The Board of Acupuncture hereby gives notice: that the Petition filed by Nefertiti Abdou on May 20, 2016, seeking a variance of Rules 64B1-3.004 and 64B1-3.010, F.A.C., has been dismissed as withdrawn. The Notice of Petition was published in Vol. 42 No. 144 of the June 13, 2016, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on November 4, 2016, via phone. The Board’s Order was filed on November 9, 2016. The Board determined the applicant satisfies the requirements of the rule, as presented, and is therefore entitled to Florida licensure. The Petition for Variance or Waiver became moot and is therefore dismissed.
